Al Mahrajan Commercial Center

In an area along Al-Bat'haa Road north of Bin Gasim Market, Al-Maharajan Commercial Center was established adding a new architectural feature to this commercial and vital area and participating in it's urban development.

We have accomplished what the local authrity of Al-Riyadh city was hoping to achieve for improving and devloping this area by initiating it and operating it from our long experience in projects like these with a high quality and modern design features.

For that reason, ready made concrete was chosen with a frontal white cement feature blended with colored stones and treated with natural sand providing it with a long lasting attractive feature with less maintenance needed.

Project Size & Location

A strategic area of 60992 aquare meters was chosen for this project, which is located in the south of Riyadh City
west of Al-Bat'haa Road and north of Bin Gasim Market.
This location is easy to access through Al-Bat'haa road and through the northern circular high way.
